Only if the 22 is shallow I get that narrow zip zip sound otherwise I get the same full pinpoint sound. Detuning over the Target will help in telling the difference some. Buckshots and 22s can be a pain at times until you get in a nest of percussion capps.

How much deeper would the Infinium be over an F75? I have a site that i have to hunt in all metal in order to pull CW relics. The F75 gives a faint signal at 8" reading bullets as iron. So i was thinking about picking up an Infinium hoping to make these targets sound clearer + find some even deeper targets. The ground here in VA is kinda hot so im pretty much digging all targets.>>>

If im relic hunting its true all metal mode for me. Ive pulled some relics that wouldnt even beep in 0 disk mode and would only give a slight rise in threshold (no vdi) in all metal mode. Pull a small plug and start getting a nice repeatable signal and vdi> and walla,, nice dropped 3 ringer.
This IS using a regular F75 not the LTD. Does the LTD really give an extra boost in all metal mode?

I was at the Blue and Gray hunt last weekend and PF was my choice. I tested various deeper targets between modes and PF came out the winner. For some reason the targets just sounded smoother. What i did find disheartening was motion AM mode... found a couple targets at 6" and flipped over to AM to find the targets barely audible. (Yes sens on both disc and AM were set at 95)
The ground wa

Hey, Ive had my F75 for about a month now and finally started to bump things up a little .. Even after a factory reset when i bump the sens up to or past 88 in disk mode i get this slight humming sound.. is this normal? Its not that erratic EMI sound, i know what that sounds like
If i jump over to all metal mode and switch from stat to motion mode and switch back over in disk mode the humming
