Hey all
Here are some finds from my first couple of hunts in January of the new year. The sites were field sites. 1870' homesteads. I used the etrac and the Goldmax power.
Flat buttons, lead balls,IHs one of them is a nice 1864 fatty, V nickel.

Enjoy the V3i,it is a pretty good machine. Great relic machine and deep.
Important to ground balance the V over a clean piece of ground. Push the PP trigger in and move coil around untill you get the number"13" Now GB over this spot.

Cool site, good luck hunting what's left of it.
I call those Daffadiles March flowers too. Ive notice to that our multiflora rose bushes are starting to green up on the stems. Those things are nasty.

Iam looking to get one and wonder which one
I don't know much about them other then some hold more maps? Or data maybe.
I want to be able to log each item found. To get a better picture
Any input would be appreciated
