By all means Mr Dankowski keep posting data. Nothing like good data.
Here's video (EMI test) using Deus 2 with Equinox 800 (edge of coil) inside of 4 ft of deus 2. Sweeping silver dime above ground.
Disclaimer. 25 ft to my front and up in the air is power lines.and behind me a dwelling with current and ac unit in use along with wifi etc.
Likely a worst case scenario.

An idea. For detector manufactuer.
Noise cancel picks cleanest channel. Or one of the cleanest channels.
Be nice if user could set time sampling by # of minutes. For example(s) 3 or 5 minutes.
And rate the actual channel that is selected for overall performance. Like on a scale. Poor, marginal, satisfactory, excellent and outstanding. So user could gauge at time of detecting and draw a

First video detectors are 35 ft apart.
Second video detectors are 120 feet apart.
Third video the detectors are 120 ft apart except this time both detectors while conflicted were noise cancelled 5 times each to see if either would seek conflicted channel. Neither detector did.

I sent off email few days ago about notch issue concerning WS6 vs remote use.
Here's full response for XP (France).
Some helpful goodies in here for some folks too.
Alright received response from Xp France on notch issue with WS6 as master using Deus 2.
Here’s response.
Many here will also find some other useful info concerning Deus 2 with WS6 module used as master.

One more short video. Last one. Don't want to turn your thread into a my video dumping ground. Notice ID tendencies using beach as salt sens is raised and lowered. Use of dive or beach could be way to go to work around emi too possibly in some sites.

Some good reporting Tom.
Here's short video I did.
Comparing Dive, deep high conductor and 4 kHz use. The quarter is under the foil. Detector is set up the same speed wise, silencer, etc for each mode. Reactivity level 2.

I have not hunted a salt beach ever. So no. Not avid salt beach Hunter. I was following your reporting and had seen reports from others. And yes
I did think a lot about what you have dose about EQx as far as setting it up for max depth Bewch 1 yet useable settings. Glad you made progress. I don't know as much as you do when it comes to what is happening with change in speed setting w

A 6 level audio response may work, Max is too much.
See this video.
Also some other deus 2 users post their comments as far as settings.

Tom,
Your numbers seem off on a nickel for max depth.
Try the following.
Beach sensitive reactivity 1 sens 95 salt sens 7 disc around 6 p-8 keep audio response at level 5.
Listen to a 16" deep nickel. Then sweep around for stability check. Bet it sounds good.
I asked you about Nox settings few months ago when Calabash was going to compare Deus 2 to Nox. You recommend speed 3. Not

Still following you here. I notice you haven't talked much about dive program. I also notice you are talking about ID at depth. I brought this up on another forum early on. Remember I have zero experience on salt beach detecting. But I will again mention this. I know you will indeed test and give real deal info on. Realizing no system is necessarily deemed fool proof when it comes to

Tom,
I am presuming your unit has latest update version software .71
Here's link where info is supplied as far as what update .71 did.
Reading this you'll find your User Manual don't even talk about some of this. Example notch in the gold field and relic programs.

Following this thread.
Been running ole Deus 2 quite a bit for months.
What might surprise a person in their thinking associated with this machine as it relates to Deus 1 (either LF or HF coils)?
Believe it or not, don't be surprised to find some higher conductors left by other detectors. Deus 1 any and all coils won't give enough intelligible signal to alert user.
Been there and
