When doing these tests with a DD coil it's interesting how items react based on direction of sweep.
It would be interesting to test the same sized coils with the transmit and receive coils reversed.
Maybe some coil manufacturers will offer a choice of left or right Tx/Rx orientation!

Considering that their current single frequency offering, the MultiKruzer, can run toe to toe
with the EQX and has excellent modulation to boot, if they do drop a simultaneous multi frequency
machine it may really give cause to thoughts of obsoleting other machines.
However after hearing Dilek's interview on that "All Metal Mode" podcast it Seems more likely
to be a revamp o

At $20 an hour you would need 3 Troy ounces of fine gold, so call it 6 ounces of 10-14K.
6 ounces would be 192 grams I believe. That's a whole lot of the usual 1-2 gram gold
jewelry bits (rings, charms) that seem to be the more common finds.
I've never thought to quantify it like that. Guess that's why I prefer old site historic hunting.
The research is its own adventure

Might have been designed for locating black sand for prospecting or panning gold???
Definitely be interesting to test with meteorites though!

I always run ferrous tones with it.
The ferrous value is more variable than a friends etrac
that Ive compared signals with, but I usually don't spend
much time looking at the fe-co numbers.
Mostly just listen and rely on the tones.
The #3 audio response is pretty wild to listen to but I prefer
it for high conductors in trashy spots.
Really sustains the tones and makes it blend

Not so much fumbling and failure as much as the owner and
main engineer Jack Gifford passing away.
But with all the heartless internet experts/tro

All depends on the task at hand.
If im diggind foil and tabs looking for gold I’ll definitely grab a tesoro.
No need fot multi to e when you’re gonna be digging midtones.
VCO is handy but the single tone never lets me down digging gold in parks.

If you are thinking of ordering the minimum of 5..........
Let me know, I’ll take one.
It would be interesting to test one.
My friend acquired a chinese knock off gold bug and it is actually a beast!
Im sure its bad form to support knock offs but for $200, might be interesting

That bell is beyond epic! Pays to chase those deep bits.
Ive always loved my MrBill IDX, its the only Whites Ive used so far.
With all the great things I’ve heard and seen I’m gonna have to
give an MXT a shot someday.

Hopefully they give us the 5 meters Makro just did.
That's what kept me from considering the EQ.
I've already killed an ATpro putting the 3meter rating
to the test with my hookah at a rope swing spot!
EDIT......hopefully the Makro lives up to the 5meters as well!

It really sucks but most local law enforcement won't do much with Internet sales of stolen
goods unless they happen to have a local task force. It falls under fed control I guess and
with lesser value theft, I.e. under $1000 it's hard to get anyone to do anything.
If you met the guy and beat the hell out of him I'm sure they'd be there in a
heartbeat to put the cuffs on
