According to Minelab's website, the statement below indicates that the Equinox is running much more then the stated frequencies.
Note that EQUINOX Series detectors also feature Multi-IQ technology which allows you to operate all available single frequencies plus more, simultaneously.

You summed that up nicely Calabash. Thanks for all your video productions and "shootouts" between detectors. I appreciate the time and effort you put into making them. This also applies to everyone else that posts video detector performance and "Shootouts". Saves me a boatload of time that I don't have. I like the "Uh OH" as it alerts me to something important

I wouldn't do this in a park setting. However when I'm out in the woods, a device like this would come in handy. Also, I am not talking about utilizing Ozzie's 327 small block special lol

Hi Ho Silver! I give you an "A" for effort. Me, I would have someone how fried all the electronics. My parents did tell me I was an "expert" at taking things apart though.

Very nice finds!! I can only dream of finding them. If it was me making a find like that, I would be performing cartwheels across the field (and probably throw out my back lol )

My intention is not to start a argument but to figure out why many are dumping the Equinox 600 so quickly. With such great anticipation many couldn't wait to get their hands on the machine. Hopefully someone can shed light on reason(s) why.
