Who is offering the best deal on a Impact? Thinking of getting one myself. PM me if you don't want to publicly post who it is. Thanks

Been talking to my friend Ed Huffman from Treasure Mountain Detectors. Told me I needed to buy a Deus again and use 4.0 and the X Y screen. Says he uses a hot pattern and 9 inch or 11 inch standard coil. He told me I was going to be totally amazed at how many coins and other targets I would find in sites I have hit hard in the past. I use a CTX and F75. Was just wondering if anyone else that uses

Thinking of getting either the xp deus or Impact. I am a coin hunter so between these two which would be the best for finding coins in iron or trashy sites? I have 2 opinions right now. One says deus and other Impact. Would like to hear from anyone that has used both. Thanks

Has any one ordered the Coiltek 9x14 coil for the CTX 3030. I thought the release date to the public was April 19. My authorized dealer Friend Ed Huffman says he hasn't received any yet. Was just wondering if there was a hold up some where.

That's great Steve! Keith is a great guy to do business with. I just bought a F75 s.e. from Keith. Wanted something with fast recovery for trashy and iron sites to complement my CTX 3030. Went to a park that I have hunted to death with my CTX and my first target was a 9 inch deep IH. Love the F75. Thanks Keith for the great deal.

Have a Keith Southern Custom mode Sovereign xs2a pro for sale or trade for a Racer 2. Comes with 8 and 10 inch coils. Also comes with meter and rechargeable battery and charger. Paid $675. Asking $600 shipped or trade for a Racer 2. Racer doesn't need to be new but, in good condition. Love the Sovereign but, I own 2 CTX's and need something with a faster recovery speed for iron and tras

Bought a Sovereign xs2a pro off of Keith. Had this old house site that had lots of iron in it. Hunted this place 2 Sunday's in a row with my CTX. Found 4 silvers with the CTX and some IH's and wheats. Was having trouble with iron falsing. So after talking to Keith about trying a Sovereign and deciding to go ahead aand purchase one I decided to use it at this old house site. Never using

We talk a lot how the PP trace feature can give you extreme/max depth (it does),
and also to help with the ever present problems caused by hunting coins in

That was a good story Keith. I just ordered 2 coils for my Sovereign. The 8 inch and 10 inch Minelab Tornado coils. EPL II told me they worked great on that detector.

Does anyone have the newer Tornado 8 inch or 10 inch coil that works on the Sovereign XS2a-PRO. Looking for some used ones at a decent price. Thanks, Kevin

"Would anyone have any interest in watching an older Sov XS2a in action with an original [ bar ] meter and the later DTI meter? Beach & Land?"

Didn't know there were so many coils available for the Sovereign. Can anyone tell me what coils would work best and if they had to pick 3 for super trashy, iron and clean sites which 3 coils they would recommend? I am a old coin hunter and I need coils best suited for that type of hunting. Thanks

Keith what did the coin end up being? Love the way you have your Sovereign tone pitch setup. Love digging high tones out of trash and iron sites.

Keith enjoyed the video. Would love to see a video with some iron nails and silver coins in the same type of demonstrations. Can't wait for mine to show up. Will need some pointers from all the experts on here in what settings to use. It would be great to see if some older technology can pull some silvers out of a spot where detectors like the CTX and deus have went over.

Ok guys I have never used a Sovereign XS2a-PRO and I have no ideal how to set it or when to make adjustments to get the best results for the spot I'm hunting. I have some spots I want to try that have deep small pieces of iron nails, bolts, nuts and other iron. The spot also has some modern trash. So far most of the old coins I have pulled from this spot have been 6 to 10 inches deep. I have

How does the audio sound compared to the CTX. I use combined and have my tones for set from 105 kHz to 1150 kHz. I love my silver coming in at a very high tone.

What size coils are available for this detector and how accurate is the meter at depth? Is the disc. very good on these detectors? Does it have problems with iron wrap around on deep iron? Thanks

The Sovereign XS2a-PRO that I bought is on eBay. It comes with a meter and a 800 BBS coil. One of the pictures of the meter shows a number of 249. Does that mean it's one of the older 500 number meters? Is that good or bad? What kind of depth can I get on a dime size target using the 8 inch coil? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you everyone for your help. I didn't want to put out $500 for a Sovereign XS2a-PRO if it wasn't going to be a improvement over my CTX or deus. Happy 4th!

So if I own a CTX and deus the Sovereign XS2a-PRO would not do better in iron or trash? I'm I understanding this correctly? Thanks

Thanks Keith! Just wondering about the other questions I asked. How would the Sovereign XS2a-PRO do in iron and trashy sites compared to the CTX and deus? Do you still get iron wrap around with this detector and how deep will it go compared to the other 2 detectors? Thanks

I have a chance to buy a Sovereign XS2a-PRO. What would be a far price for one? Also how would this detector compare to a CTX or deus in a iron site? I'm looking for something that will pull the silvers out of iron filled and trashy sites and goes deep. I have a old park I hunt and have hunted it with both the CTX and deus. Good finds are getting very hard to find. Will the Sovereign help. D
