Looks like a great improvement overall for the AT Pro. Nice upgrade for the ergonomics with the handle and makes it more compact to carry when transporting...John

I have a GM5 also and have noticed that if you crank it up it goes deep. I thought when I first used it that it was average depth until I realized I could bump it up. It's a simple detector to use but strange that it comes without a manual...Lol! That little 9" coil and the collapsing rod makes it a joy to carry and swing. I haven't used it much since the fields are full of crops h

I just refunded your friend's money on his CZ-7a PRO detector. I ask him to send it to Keith Wills in Texas to have it looked over... I just got off the phone with Keith and he said he just fixed two Fisher CZ-7a detectors last week and one CZ-70 PRO this week. He said he can replace any electronic component internally, but you can no longer get the physical boxes for the unit. Fisher does n

That's a great price on the GMP. It's already in the U.S. and you know who you are buying from. If I didn't already have three different versions of the XP Goldmaxx I'd probably buy this one...Lol!!...John

The way I understand it is that the original ProPointer is being counterfeited and the ProPointer II is to help put a stop to that. It replaces the original ProPointer and existing inventory will be sold out, and is done. The ProPointer II has a sturdier frame to combat the falsing when you pushed hard on the dirt. It's supposed to have more depth and has even a beeper that goes off if it

I have one or two particular spots I want to try it...Lol! I thought the one that sold about a year ago for $200.00 was a great deal. I figured when I got my try at it that I was behind a dozen people. I should have bought Lottery tickets that day also...

In my opinion, one of the best 2 tone detectors out there is the Deeptech Vista Gold if you are relic hunting. The discrimination only goes up to about aluminum foil, but has a blendy tone that knocks out nails and iron well if you want it to do that. Not necessarily a yard or park hunter, and oh yes, it's also deep!!...John
