Hello all...we see a lot of disappointment with the coils included in the RACER Pro package. Nokta and Makro is all about what the customers need because your satisfaction is our motivation.
We are taking out the 10''X5'' coil from the pro package and replacing it with a 5''x4.5'' small coil and revising the MSRP to $849 instead of $899. Hope this makes

The prices are MSRPs so you need to check with the dealers for their sell price.
The small coil included in the pro package is 10" x 5.5" preferred by many users.
Should there be a demand for a smaller one by many users, we can add one to the line-up..no problem.
We will send test units out very soon... experiencing a little delay due to our 1 week trip in the US.

Hello all... just wanted to let you all know that we are currently in the USA to meet our distributors here. We will be back in the office on the 20th to get busy with the RACER launch :-) As we are running on a very tight schedule, I am trying my best to read the forums and answer questions but I may be missing posts so I apologize if I do not respond to some of the posts or questions. Hello and thank you all (really) for all the interest and the feedback! As we are getting closer to the launch of the product, we cannot really make significant changes in this machine BUT I will share them all with the engineers to be incorporated in the future models.

As a few members on this forum as well as others suggested the depth to be displayed in inches, I discussed it with my team and they have already added this to the software.
The depth can be displayed in cms or inches in the upcoming RACER. The manual will explain how it can be switched from one to the other.

This is a custom LCD and not a color one... the only difference is that we have a backlight in this model that is different that the other custom LCDs in the market.

I really cannot believe how fast these images got posted here on this forum before we even made the attempt...well what can I say? Power of internet... anyway, yes we confirm that these are the pictures of the new RACER. Some of the pictures are the initial pictures taken in our factory and some of them are the professional pictures used in our brochure. Normally we would only post the profession

First of all thank you because all 3 listed are Nokta/Makro products so we would like to assist you as the manufacturer of all 3! CF77 is an analog device. If you simply want depth and do not care about a screen or TIDs etc, CF77 is the way to go. It is also very reasonably priced. FORS on

We do not think we will make any software updates to the device in 2015 as it has been performing very well around the world.
But we are thinking of having USB port on our future upper level detectors.
For the hardware updates on FORS - the performance of the device is not affected so there is really no need to upgrade the old ones BUT if you have any issues whatsoever with your device, plea
