The problem with getting rid of or culling out detectors is that some point in time you wish you had it back. Maybe not because of its ability compared to the new ones, but more for the memories of what you dug with the old ones. Still wish I had my '64 Chevelle Malibu. Man did I have fun with it and scored some nice finds with it as well

It's not boring Tyberos. It's what you'd call a little humor and fun amongst friends with the same interest. Refreshing to know some folks on the other side of this computer screen have that. It's all good. I love it.

Same here George. But I'm going this weekend anyway come hell or high snow. Found 67 bullets back in the day in one hole under 4" of snow. But of course I was full of spit and vinegar and no grey hair.

Man Michigan you scared me to death. Didn't notice at first the post was from 2010. Was just about to make a trade for the New and improved gold bug pro.

I 'm looking to get pair of these and was wondering if anyone here have used them. I have a pair of Original Gray Ghost but I just can't get use to their audio. It's way to high pitched, raspy and harsh for me so I end up using my cheap Calrads. Does anyone know how the audio of the Killer Bs would compare to that of the Gray Ghosts.
Thanks fellows

I don't blame you Tex. Forums are social media which is what this is. And in my opinion social media sucks. It's too wide open. It's not like sitting around jawjacking with friends about different things. Folks get alot braver when their not face to face and get a lot more braisen as the conversation grows. Getting a trophy for coming in last place has been so detrimental for so m

F75, f75 ltd, f75 ltd/dst, f75+, T2, t2 SE, t2 se/dst, t2 classic. No matter what version, f75's and t2's are excellent tried and true detectors. Set the bar for many other units that followed their lead. So what's all the fuss? First Texas is not promoting these units as anything more, or less than what they are. So if you don't want one, don't buy it.

I'm looking to add a beep and dig unit for relic hunting. I sometimes miss hunting with one. Leaning toward the black Vaquero but just wondering what some of you folks use and maybe a little advice.
