When I started had the ace 250, 1 month later went to AT PRO ,4 months later bought a deus. Why ? 1. I knew I loved finding relics. 2 . I wanted a machine that could give me more performance to do so. So moral of the story is some move faster than others. I do agree with you a 1000.00 bucks for a detector is a lot of money.....

I don't know but I would really like to try it. I have been getting that on the other forums when I show a machine not doing something they start hollering its broken so that was not directed at you personally it was a general responce to what ive been getting all over the other forums too. It would probably be close but that's just a guess. I will tell you this that multi iq stuff works ,I mean it will see stuff that other detectors cant . The deus see all the stuff but has to bumped up to 54 kh to do it. Some reported objects that the deus couldn't see but the Nox could..

I'm getting there. Big iron has a sound but dont know how to describe it yet. I have been fooled by a few nails but no more than the deus. Its not bad in the iron just back the gain back to around 20 and it purrs pretty good in it. Of course you get a bleep and all that jive that comes with hunting nail beds but it pretty good so far.imo

No ... It reminds me of the silencer setting on the deus...maybe someone can explain how it works. It helps with iron falses . I run mine on 0 to 2 but no higher because it affects separation,

That's not my style Wayne...I don't make my living like some do from detecting so it doesn't matter to me if they buy one or not really. I just like to show the facts as I see them from my test results. I don't do this to satisfy everyone else, I do it because I enjoy it. If I shot a video and didn't say a word in it but showed it whooping their beloved unit it . They wou

I think its the future for our hobby. I think what you said is exactly right (soon to be) as in the near future. We should be excited as a whole group but we have memories we have made with certain detectors. I'm not gonna sell my deus .unless...and then I might just hang it on the wall and point at it and tell the grandkids she did me well back in the day and found some great stuff!
