LowBoy,
Not quite true! Tom's AU21X will discriminate between gold and most all of the tinfoil junk that is so often found on the beaches. I have seen him demonstrate this unit
and success is around 98% as I recall. Of course it is mainly a beach machine for use in the dry sand but here in Florida we have miles and miles of qualified beaches.
I guess that's our reward for putting

Tom,
Curiosity is killing me. Is the AU-21X the 3D modification you showed at one of our club meetings a couple of years ago or a least a deriviative thereof??

I don't know much, but I sure don't understand giving up around 70 years of hard work and research to the whims of other nations. What a security breach!

Tom,
I was very pleased with it knowing that we had a few limitations going into it. But by all the comments I think that most everyone was satisfied with it.
Well, if we do it again we'll have to put a fresh set of batteries in, wind you real tight and turn you loose. We all appreciate your extraordinary dedication to this hobby although in your case you have stepped way beyond the realm

Tom,
Just signed up for "Face in Space". My photo and name will be aboard STS 134. I don't figure that an old reprobate like me would stand a chance to go any other way. I supplied a photo of me in front of our club banner at a meeting so maybe Suncoast Research & Recovery Club will have a bit of fame and glory. Hopefully they will launch on Marine corps birthday November 10th

Tom and gang,
I was hoping I made that point from the start. I'm Wally Swartz with the Suncoast Reseach & Recovery Club and we had the good fortune of being able to coax Tom over to our coast for the Seminar. In an earnest desire to be able to record for not just our benefit, but also for others that can't get the benefit of experiencing one of Tom's seminars.
The DVD'

JC,
Every time Tom opens his mouth you should be taking notes! Most of my club members were able to make it to the seminar and most have bought the DVD's.
All orders received so far have been shipped. Tom obviously speaks loudly as there have been sales from coast to coast in USA and also sales to Canada, England and Bermuda as well.

Tom,
Your copy is in route. I shipped it out along with about 22 others yesterday! I hope everyone enjoys. That night we had to 2 preachers in church, one to save your soul and the other to excellerate your passion for our hobby. Both do a magnificent job!

Already sold 2 sets within about 1 minute of posting info. The previous buyer misunderstood the pricing so just to clear it up each set of 2 DVD's (1 relic hunting & 1 beach hunting) costs 16.00 plus 3.00 S&H. If ordering to pay by

Hey gang,
It's been a while getting done but.... it is finally done. I have the DVD's. They have been put together in a two pack. We have tried very hard to keep the price down and I think successfully so. They will be $16 plus shipping charges. I had some minor surgery that kept me home for a week so I haven't been out to the post office to determine what the shipping will be b

Picked up the master DVD's tonight. Will get the process of pressing copies started. We are going to have that commercially done to expedite the process. Should know something in the next week or two. There will be two DVD's, one on relic hunting and the other on beach hunting. The DVD's are approx. 2 hrs. each.

Hey Tom,
Finished first day of Ft. DeSoto hunt with some degree of success, but Historian gave us an open invite to come back as often as we wanted but has to be a Saturday so he can be present.. Otherwise taboo to detectors..Will email you some pics but will post soon if I can figure it out. Fort site had 29 buildings in complex and we barely scratched the surface. All proceeds turned over t

Tom,
In case you don't catch the email the fort hunt is set for May 8th barring any complications. Going to meet at the fort at 0900. I know it's a tough call for you but we would sure love to have you there! No doubt you would refine your masking skills!!

Just a word of caution from an old tired and retired cop, possession of a crack pipe is against the law as long as they can get even the slightest positive test results! A lot of the cops would let it go under the circunstances when it caked in dirt and obviously been curied a while but......you never know.

Part of our problem was an audio problem at the start of the program. We have to work our way through it. Tom hadn't yet got into the serious stuff so if we cut some spots and smooth it out it should be a very good presentation! So if you could allow for some patience we'll "get 'er done"

I'm at the mercy of people doing the work, but I know that editing all that info from the cameras to the DVD's is quite a chore and I will check tomorrow or Sunday to see where we're at. Sorry it's taking so long and I thought it would be done sooner but they do have other editing going on at the same time. I have a lot of people waiting and I am also anxious to get it done!!

Tom,
We have gained, not only access, but willing participation by the keepers of Ft. DeSoto to hunt the fort site and barracks in particular. The barracks buildings are gone now but they are going to grid that area out and mow all the weeds for us. Historian advises that such a loney job out on the, then island, that gambling was the only intertainment! Are you interested?

Hi,
I too have both X2 and X5 and really like them. I would normally hunt with discrimination at 3 3/4 and all I had to do, to hunt saltwater beach, was set disc up to 4. Very lite weight and weather proof. When done at the the beach I would put it under the bather's shower and rinse it off. Comp. hunt it was hard to beat and to this point is the only VLF detector that could pick up diamo
