I have an F75 ltd II and it isn't going anywhere. I have had previous F75's and didn't keep them but I am sure if they went through the upgrade process they would be fine. I also have other top (high Priced) machines and this F75 ltd II has a home with them. Lately the F75 is about all I use because it will hunt with the best of them. I have even found coins at places that have bee

I love the V3i and have had at least 3 or 4 of them the reason being that I would read about some of the latest and greatest only to find out they were the latest but not the greatest and get me another V3i. I like CTX and Etrac too but for me the V3i and all it's settings is the cats meow. I am 73 and have been hunting since 1970 and have tried almost every detector out there and somehow si

The nice thing about what most people view as complicated machines is that they all or at least the ones I use have preset programs that you can pretty much turn on and go hunt. They only get more complicated if changes are made by an operator befoe he knows what the change does. For me I like being able to make changes and if they are not better I can always revert back to the factory settings.

You should make up your own mind rather that listen to all this stuff. What other people find good or bad may not mean anything for you and the places you hunt. You need to see a dealer or friend that will let you try different machines then make up your mind.

I seen their ad and didn't have any problem figuring out I had to buy something to get the TRX pinpointer for $99.95. I have seen ads like this many times from other companies, "if you buy this for x amount of dollars you get something else at a cheaper price"

This has been an enjoyable and informative read. For me though I have several sites that I have hunted over the years with several brands of detectors. I bought a new explorer 2 when they came out and went back over all the sites and found many coins that I and others missed with other machines. These sites had really been pounded. When the SE Pro came out I had to have one and of course I took i

Great site and was needed. Some sites has so many rules it's hard to keep track of all the do's and don'ts before you can post a for sale item.
Thanks for making it available.

Way to go Coinseeker I have been hunting over 40 years and am 70. I just hope I can be like you at 80. Finding a silver dime still makes my day, I found 3 mercs yesterday and I was on cloud 9. Keep up the good work

I have only read about one freeze up problem out of all the CTX's out there and Minelab called the guy that owned it and made arangements to fast ship him a new one. He didn't call them, they called him.

I have one coming because minelab has never disappointed me with progression of their detectors. I am willing to take the chance that the CTX 3030 will be a step up from the exlporers and etracs. If the CTX3030 suprises me and is a dud I will simply go back but I would be surprised if that happened.
