Maybe Garrett will continue with the TRX...just change color to classic Garrett green and call it the cucumber. So maybe Carrot and Cucumber.

There are a lot of made in American products that use foreign parts....especially electronics. Some well known brand products are labeled as "designed" in America, but made overseas. Automobiles are made from parts around the world. We now need to have both standard and metric tools to work on a USA made car.

I have the Nox 800 and still prefer the FBS machines for silver. The Nox for final clean-up. The FBS machines are all coil sensitive. If you dont like how one FBS model reacts...put another coil on it and it will react totally different. The Explorers have great tones, but running them Fast will take away fullness of tone.....too choppy and loss of depth. The Etrac tones not as sweet as the other

Thanks Mike...liked your Post. Agree some two tone machines can be adjusted so that the tone break is a type of third tone. In fact some set them so that zinc pennies would be identified audibly in the middle tone (tone break). Some good stuff can still be found with the cheapest or oldest of machines.

Correct me if I'm wrong....Treasure Depot and Treasure Classifieds are two different sites. I also have bought some on Friendly Metal Detecting Forum. Thanks

I'd say there is a need. People can say what they want about the extinct Treasure Depot, but I had a lot of fun buying and selling on that site. Fee-Bay is sketchy......some sellers don't know if the detector properly works. Returns are a hassle. Illegal shill bidding, on Feebay, is incredibly common and takes away the auction idea.....used things that are supposely bid and won are reli

I have had both the Nokta Relic and Nokta Impact. In comparison the F19 or G2+ is simpler and has better ID.....very fun. The Nokta/ Makro machines are better in high mineralized dirt and deeper. Though all four good in trash.....in heavy iron, any Deus model will spank all machines mentioned (including the T2). All of these will struggle on saltwater beach. The F75 can use DD coil or Concentric,

Other than the leaking problem the Nox is great. This makes the inexpensive, non-waterproof Vanquish a great deal. I even like the fact that one can install some store bought batteries when the power gets low.

As we all know the Fisher Impulse (pulse), 1280x, cz20, and cz21 had basically the same external shell. These machines can be used for diving and tightly waterproof. You had a choice of coils, but they were hardwired in. The cz20 main weakness was its pinpoint button.........would crack after much use.

Even if one were to have a Nox that hasnt leaked after numerous underwater hunts doesnt null the fact it will eventually leak...the hardware design is the same for all Nox machines. The kicker is, its not repairable (only replaceable).....just hope it still under warranty. The Nox is an amazing machine performance-wise, but its hardware weakness can turn it into a wall hanger.

FeeBay......doing an Advanced Search, then Sold listings. One might be able to find an recent sold Listing....for these gaskets. Google searches will find older Listings, but photos no longer viewable. Someone here in the U.S. could even reproduce these gaskets (or similar) maybe to sell.

Awhile back on FeeBay there were some overseas sellers (not China) that sold some special molded shaped gaskets (white silicone) that were suposed to fix the leak issue. They had cut-out photos showing some weak areas that water could travel into the Nox pod. Dont think these are offered anymore and dont know if they worked. Some here may have even bought the gaskets. Minelab could fix the issue,

Trump destroyed Hillary in debates.....yet Hillary is way smarter than Biden. It's easy to speculate about debates when they arent currently able to be held. I agree Tube videos is one of few sources to find Biden talking "smart"....LOL

Would like to hear the two candidates in Debate talks. What each are offering and are they capable of fighting for the goals they set. Was Biden really the best the Dems had to offer??....if so, the bottom of that barrel has been scraped bare. Biden couldnt successfully talk (smart) when he was with Obama.....how about now?? Many dislike Trump, but Biden just seems dumb.

The Lincoln Project.....just another anti-Trump movement. During the election both political Parties were afraid of Trump because both had skeletons in their closets and feared doors would fly open. Trump isnt your typical old school politically correct Republican. Trump came in under the Republican ticket, but is more of an conservative Independent. Trump wouldnt have won as a third Party Indepe

Biden's loose tongue is dangerous. Obama did everything he could to keep Biden out of the public eye/ear. I don't know whose Obama's first choice would be to be on the Democratic ticket, but Biden would be his last choice. Biden wouldnt have stood up to China. USPS is a business failure......has been for many many years. Regardless of what party is in office it continues to be a fa

I like the Nox, but it's weather resistant at best.....rain proof. Leakage is inevitable.....if not today, tomorrow. They already got our money for the Nox, why would they dump more money to fix it ? Minelab is focusing on future models.

USPS has had internal problems way before the Corona virus hit. Ever since USPS reduced the amount of Hub locations, your package has to travel further and backtrack. I really feel for the workers. Not only are we (customer) paying the same high price for slower service, the workers are getting paid the same for double the work....not sure how they do with Overtime. My job it depends on what depa

The virus has affected all worldwide. All shipping services use airplanes. More online ordering means more people waiting for packages.....thus more complaining. Cabin Fever has many symptoms. Since all shipping services are under the same circumstances.....overall shipping time is slower, but USPS is slower vs Fed-Ex. Price wise USPS is cheaper only on smaller lighter packages. Stay safe everyon
