Modulation it's definitely where it's at. Minelab hands down has that covered. The Minelab machines "train you" actually. You know when it's good or even iffy good. All the other top end machines do the same thing except it seems to be on a whole lot narrower scale is the way I hear it with my ears. Tougher to discern in other words between the syllables let's say.

I can honestly see where if XP were to come out with a small coil it would blow the rest of the detecting world away. Well I'm hunting in the most trash imaginable, modern trash over centuries old trash. The Deus is great but not really made for seems like millions of cans shredded in and on the ground plus all the stuff that is attached to them. Nails virtually strewn around through the dep

Met with a couple of good friends to hunt and someone got two firsts for him. Here's the pics and a little description.
First found was a artillery cuff button right quick into the hunt.
A couple of hours meaninglessly went by. Then he got a quarter signal, pushed the shovel in the dirt and out pops a bunch of coins. They started scanning and using the pinpointer and when all was said a

There are some places I have the opportunity to hunt that are Ga. red clay over pitch black dirt. The question is about ground balance actually. When in auto the Deus will ease down to a mineralization reading of 65 or as low as 58. Never seen this before. When in manual even, I always try to stay rather close to the number the machine is reading adjusting it periodically. Now there is a ton of l

If you really want to see how deep the Deus is plant a gold band at say 15 inches in sand, dry sand at a beach. You know where it's at so start scanning the area and start dropping the GB one number at a time negative. You WILL be shocked when it hits it. Good dirt it will do the same thing, not trashy dirt as much. That's with the nine inch coil too. It gets a little chatty but not unu

The problem might be just about all they do is paint it another color, add curb feelers, and tout how good it is, maybe add another knob. Fisher fans are all over it. Fool me once, fool me twice kinda thing.

Sekypaleo they are over the ear phones. Just slip your controller in and go. Search CP6 Chefphones and look at them. Out of the UK and great quality stuff. PM me here and I'll check back tomorrow evening after work.

I bought one of the V 3 Blisstools a little over a year ago and used it approximately 1 hour. Not a month after that purchase a newer model came out, then another I think, then another I think. I've lost count. Really put a sour taste in my mouth. Yep I'm complaining a little. LOL. Ya really can't or don't want to tout how great improvements are over the last improvements in s

Yep the horseshoe is very accurate. I dig all 98 and 99's if they sound good. Almost always they will be very very deep, like unreal deep for a coil that small. It will nail a gold ring at 12 plus inches and sound good but will be 98 99 all day long. Believe in the shoe, dig all those high numbers.

Had a great time, beautiful place, got to hunt for maybe 10-12 hours total. The water was ungodly rough. Really rough so I hunted wet sand all but the first day when it was really calm. Got my first Tiffany ever, 15.5 inch heavy necklace. Three gold and coins. Not much in the line of trash. A lot of the coins were really deep in the wet sand. The lats afternoon there the surf was so rough it was

Carried the Blisstool to a few turn of the century lots here in town I had received permission to detect on a couple of years ago. The houses have been long bulldozed. A lot of stuff was just buried in place. Myself and a couple of friends have flat blistered these places. Pulled a lot of old coins and a couple of silver rings. Old bricks, mortar and more iron as you would expect in an old are
